I’m asking my local AI companion… tell me what there is to know about Scott Ferguson.

“This world is not my home, I am just passing through.”

Hello, I’m Scott — a faith-driven family man, lifelong learner, and passionate communicator with a heart for people and purpose.
I’m married to my best friend, Cara. We’ve built a life rooted in love, laughter, and shared faith. I’m a dad to two, “Pop” to one fabulous grandson, a son to some, a brother to one, a cousin to many, and a friend to a host. Relationships matter deeply to me — they’re the backbone of every chapter of my life.
My heritage runs deep in faith. I’m a fourth-generation Apostolic Pentecostal and a proud member of the Calvary Apostolic Church in Westerville, Ohio, where I’ve been a lifelong supporter, board trustee, and part of the ministry team. Teaching Bible studies has long been one of my greatest joys — there’s nothing quite like sharing the Word and seeing lives transformed. I’m also a licensed United Pentecostal Church International minister and serve on the Ohio District Audit Committee.
Career
Professionally, I spent much of my career as an IT practitioner before joining a small tech startup in California about 14 years ago — which grew into something quite remarkable. Today, I serve as the Senior Director of Field Product Management for the Risk Business Unit at ServiceNow. My focus spans Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC), Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Third-Party Risk, ESG/Sustainability, Privacy, and AI Governance. I’m a Certified System Administrator and a GRC specialist with a heart for bridging technology and trust.
Interests
Faith, family, and friends are my top priorities. Still, I also find joy in the little things: cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Ohio State Buckeyes, immersing myself in Christian music, and tapping into my inner kid with a love for comics and all things superhero-related.

Welcome to my world. I’m glad you’re here.
